Mexico sending migrants back to Honduras; Brazil prosecutors charge 16 over dam collapse

Mexican authorities deported migrants to Honduras after a large group waded across a river on Mexico’s southern border. Also, prosecutors in Brazil have charged 16 people with murder in last year’s dam collapse that killed 270 people, and the reunited Duke and Duchess of Sussex have threatened legal action against the paparazzi in Canada.
