Devin Nunes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, asked Kurt Volker, the former U.S. special envoy to Ukraine, and Tim Morrison, a former White House official who served on the National Security Council, whether anyone at the White House asked either of them to bribe or extort anyone at anytime.
