WATCH: Pompeo says content of Trump’s Ukraine call was ‘wholly appropriate’

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that he was on the July call between President Donald Trump and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky that has become the center of an impeachment inquiry in the House. “I listened to it. It was consistent with what President Trump has been trying to do to take corruption out. I found that to be wholly appropriate to try to get another country to stop being corrupt,” Pompeo said during an interview with PBS NewsHour anchor and managing editor Judy Woodruff.
