WATCH: In eulogy, James Baker brags about a humble George H.W. Bush

“Jefe, I am about to do somthing you always hated,” James Baker announced affectionately to his late friend, the 41st president, at his funeral in Houston Texas. The secretary of State under George H.W. Bush, Baker said he would brag about his former boss because Bush was always too humble to do so himself.
