Rural areas ill-equipped to handle HIV – activist

Researchers are optimistic about three HIV vaccines currently being tested. This comes as incidents of infection appear to be rising across rural America. Founder of ACT UP New York and Health Gap Eric Sawyer joins Scottie Nell Hughes to weigh in. He argues that better control over the virus has led to a dimming of awareness about it and therefore an increased risk of it to come “roaring back.”
