Morning Testimony had been slowed by bitter partisan arguments among the members on the panels. Trey Gowdy’s exchange with Strzok took up the majority of time at the very start of Thursday’s hearing. At one point, after just one member had questioned Strzok, the panel voted on whether to subpoena former White House strategist Steve Bannon.
