Along the Florida Panhandle, Hurricane Michael wreaked catastrophic damage. Winds of 155 miles per hour slammed into Mexico Beach and Panama City. Over a million people are without power, emergency responders are challenged by the loss of cell phone service and some hospital patients have had to be evacuated.
