‘Nazi Republicans leave town or else’ – GOP HQ firebombed in N. Carolina

The Republican Party headquarters in Orange County, North Carolina was firebombed overnight, Hillsborough officials stated on Sunday, with the culprits spray-painting the words “Nazi Republicans leave town or else” on a nearby wall.

Nobody was injured in the attack despite the GOP headquarters being gutted by the fire, with Trump-Pence banners, furniture, and fittings left melted into the floor. The graffiti was accompanied by a large swastika.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident, describing it as a hate crime. Orange County Republican Party Chairman Daniel Ashley dubbed the attack an act of “political terrorism”.
