California Fires Double in Size, State of Emergency Declared

More than a dozen wildfires continue to burn across California. Governor Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency for Southern California as the fires there have more than doubled in size. RT America’s Natasha Sweatte has the latest from Los Angeles.
